Shipping Policies

We use the United States Postal Service only for shipping. We recently integrated their shipping calculator directly into our shopping cart. We've added an option for rush shipping (either Express Mail or Global Express if shipping internationally) with candles orders of 3 dozen or more. All rush orders and all international orders automatically add a $2.00 handling fee.

We ship by weight, as close to postal rates as possible. If you have concerns or questions about your shipping charges, please email us.

Payment Options

We accept all major credit cards except American Express. We also accept PayPal, check and money orders. Orders paid for by check or money order will be held until the payment clears our bank (10 business days for checks and 7 business days for money orders).
